Rhonda Carol Sparks

RHONDA CAROL SPARKS, age 57, of Washington Court House, passed away at 12:50 P.M. on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s in Columbus. She was born in Princeton, West Virginia on September 12, 1966 to Jerry and Margaret Barlow Shinshock.

Rhonda was a 1985 graduate of Washington Senior High School and received her Associates Degree from Southern State Community College. She had previously worked for the Online Library Computer System in Washington C.H. until their relocation. Rhonda enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Randy Sparks; her children, Kendra Ervin and Corey Frazier; her grandchildren, Gabriel McKnight, Talitha Compton, Bentley Ervin and Carter, Jackson, Grayson and Rowan Frazier and her mother, Margaret Shonshock. Also surviving are her brothers, Mike and Terry Shinshock; her longtime friend, Donald Frazier and several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

Rhonda was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Shinshock.

In keeping with Rhonda’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no visitation or services will be held at this time.
