Sharon Sue (Turner) Gann

SHARON SUE (TURNER) GANN, age 69, of Washington CH, passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.

She was born on October 25, 1954 in Springfield, Ohio to the late Arthur and Catherine (Goff) Turner. She was a 1974 graduate of Springfield South High School while also attending the Joint Vocational School to study Cosmetology. Sharon had worked as a nursing assistant at Court House Manor until her health would no longer allow. She faithfully attended the Grace Community Church. She enjoyed reading her Bible, listening to gospel music, and spending time with her beloved family.

In addition to her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her brother, Arthur Turner and great-aunt, Betty Puckett.

Survivors include her children, Catherine Elizabeth Gann, and Matthew Bruce Gann; brother, Walter (Phyllis) Turner; cousin, Elizabeth Turner; niece, Mandy (Nick) Glass; and nephew, Daniel Turner. Also surviving are several cousins and host of friends.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Jay Lucas officiating with burial to follow at the Rosehill Cemetery in Springfield. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
