Stevie Carl Thomas

STEVIE CARL THOMAS, age 71, of Washington CH, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at the Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe where he had been a patient since September 8, 2024.

He was born on September 29, 1952 in Welch, West Virginia to the late Henry A. and Roxie B. (Bott) Thomas. Stevie worked in security for most of his life and always had a story to share with someone. He loved Christmas time, singing, and his two canine companions, Ruggles and Sonny.

Survivors include his loving wife, Rosalie (Crum) Thomas, whom he married on October 3, 2001; children, Rebecca (Justin) Crum, Cristina (Carlos) Crum, Crystal (Jeremy) Hyatt, Randall (Andrea) Thomas, James (Kendra) Thomas, and Steven (Sherry) Thomas; grandchildren, Kaylee Johnson, Ryan Thomas, Zachary (Breanna) Thomas, Sara Thomas, Christian (Tanae) Thomas, Dillon (Abbey) Thomas, Tyler (Jordan) Cook, Breanna Thomas, Makala (Zachary) Farrington, Candice Shafer, and Marandah (Andrew) Ellison; and siblings, Linda Manns, Ralph (Judy) Thomas, Randy (Sandy) Thomas, Billy (Norma) Thomas, Sonny (Mev) Thomas, and Bobby (Sue) Thomas. Also surviving are several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday morning, September 17, 2024 at the Summers Funeral Home from 11-1:00 p.m. In keeping with his wishes, cremation will follow.
