Terry Ralph Morris

TERRY RALPH MORRIS, age 77, of Washington CH, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at the Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe.

He was born on April 22, 1947 in Washington CH to the late Willard Ralph and Eva Dell (Gault) Morris. He was a 1966 graduate of Washington High School and lived all his life in Fayette County. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Terry retired from the Mead Corporation. He was a member at the Hickory Lane Church of Christ. He enjoyed fishing, listening to the music of the 60s and 70s, and spending time with his beloved family and grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Bill Walter.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Kay (Balzer) Morris, whom he married on December 16, 1967; his children, Teresa (Cameron) Borden, Jennifer (Paul) Groninger, Rebecca Walter, and Jonathan Morris; grandchildren, Cammi Borden, Brendan (Sarah) Borden, Aaron Borden, Nathaniel Groninger and his fiancée, Amy Hurst, Meghan Groninger and her fiancé, Robert Jewell, Brendan Walter, Terra Walter, and William Walter; and great-grandsons, Sawyer, Myles, and Atticus Groninger. Also surviving are several cousins and a host of friends.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place, and the family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.
